- Why does your name look Japanese?
Naomi Yohani is a native Taiwanese name. The native Taiwanese are the people that inhabited Taiwan before the Chinese.
- How do you pronounce your name?
"NOW-me yo-ha-NI" (emphasis on the capital letters). It is actually a complete coincidence that the native Taiwanese name Naomi when spelt looks like the Western name "Na-o-mi".
- Why do you offer all your tracks for FREE download?
Are there any limitations to what I can do with them?
As well as being a great promotional tool, it also makes sure anyone who wants to listen to or share my music can!
You are free to download the tracks and share them with your friends. You can also offer a download link on your website or play the songs in any non-commercial podcasts you produce, but please include a link back to this website.
If you are a DJ or producer and would like to remix my tracks, please use the contact form to request a remix kit of vocal samples for the song you want to remix. Due licensing restrictions on some of the instrumentals used, please don't remix the full tracks. Of course any remixes I really love will be included on this and other sites for FREE download, so let me know if you've made a remix!
If you plan to use any of my songs for commercial purposes (radio airplay, in advertising etc.), please use the contact form to request a commercial license.
- I am a singer/rapper/producer, can we work together?
Sure, use the contact form to send me a link to your website/online profile and some samples of the music I'd be working with and if I'm feeling it, then I'll be happy to work with you!
